Giveaway Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Bitumio Software, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period:
The giveaway begins on Wednesday, January 24 and ends on Thursday, January 25.
Entries received outside of the specified period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must provide their contact information through the official entry form.
Only one entry per person is allowed.
4. Prize Details:
The prize includes hats, shirts, water bottles, draft tops, or a license to use Bitumio Asphalt Software for up to 5 users.
The total prize value is up to $4,470.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item.
5. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The drawing will take place on January 25, 2024.
Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry within 2 days of the drawing.
6. Claiming the Prize:
Winners must respond to the notification within 2 days.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to allow Bitumio Software to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. Privacy:
All personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants release Bitumio Software from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to their participation in the giveaway.
